Students as Pages in NM Senate

’15&16 February 2017.  Learning About the Legislative Process.  Senator Mary Kay Papen in the New Mexico legislature invited our middle-school students to be pages in the Senate for a day.  They departed our school at 8:30 AM on the 15th to ride to Santa Fe with teacher Ellen Armitage and LCA parent Frank Holguin.  That afternoon they got an orientation; on Thursday they were in the Senate chambers.
