The Fall 2021 semester has been very busy and productive with in-person learning under very good precautions against COVID-19. After-school activities are thriving. The theater club and Lego club are back in operation! We’ll have pictures and a story soon. Meanwhile, Wei Tang’s math club for our students in grades 3 & 4 keeps up its momentum. NMSU Professor Tang leads the students through tough and clever problems, which are also posted on his website. Linked here is some live footage of students working on one problem in which they have to move one pen stroke to make an equation read correctly. Wei’s sense of fun shows up in many notable activities in his courses and in outreach to other schools.
