school life, Wednesday, May 16th: a lunchtime celebration for Kira’s birthday. We do this for all our students. All the other students sing Happy Birthday in English, Chinese, and Spanish. School can be fun – at lunch, on the playground, and, for sure, in our classes that challenge and reward students.
