Founder’s birthday celebration

March 2018.  Our founder and Head of School, Dr. Lou Ellen Kay, had her birthday recently.  There was a lunch period Happy Birthday song in both English and American Sign Language (students, all with normal hearing, learn it in a club).  At afternoon snack, students presented her with handmade birthday cards.  Here are 4 of our younger students with her and some of the cards they made.
