Grand opening day

Our school greeted potential students, their parents, and interested members of the community with a grand opening on May 30^th, 2009, two-and-a-half months before classes began. Contractors had recently finished renovations on our rented space on the Downtown Mall. The renovations put the facility into full compliance with modern building codes for schools and altered some interior spaces to make them more usable. A photo gallery is linked here.

Full-day previews

On July 18^th and 19^th, 2009, a month before we began official classes, we held two full days of classes with our regular teachers. These days, captured here in photos, served as previews for potential students and their parents. They were successful in gathering our first class of 12 students, who began classes on August 18^th.
